Acquisition of a business unit in the large scale distribution sector

Studio Canal & Serraglia, with its team led by the founding Partner Ernesto Serraglia, has acted as corporate, financial and tax adviser in favour of one of its clients in a transaction involving the acquisition of a business unit operating in the large-distribution sector, managed by Unieuro S.p.A. in north east Italy (Treviso) and formerly owned by Dolomiti Rocce 4.0 S.p.A. The team was involved in the negotiation of the acquisition of the corporate assets involved in the transaction, the takeover of the existing financing contract and the related lease agreement with Unieuro S.p.A

The total value of the transaction was € 3.8 million.
