Completion of the sale of the remaining capital stock of Alperia Sum

May 2022: The purchase and sale agreement of the remaining 30% of the capital stock of Alperia Sum Spa to Alperia Spa has been implemented and closed.

Said transaction, in which Canal & Serraglia through its founding partner Ernesto Serraglia, has been the financial adviser, has made possible for Unindustria Treviso and Associazione Industriali Venezia to sell in favour of Alperia Spa the remaining 30% balance of their stakes in Alperia Sum Spa, after the excercise of their PUT options provided for in the PSA agreed upon in 2018.
