The acquisition of RUM NATION, a top quality niche rum company, has been successfully carried out and closed.

Our firm Canal & Serraglia, and the partner directly involved Ernesto Serraglia, are proud to have been the Advisers to the Vendor in this cross border transaction in the important market of spirits.

The Rossi Family, founder of Rum Nation, shall go on collaborating with the Purcheser, MAC Y AS of Denmark, in further developing the business.

The value of the transaction has not been disclosed, however it is at the highest end of market evaluations.
